Ingredients

  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 piece banana
  • 1/2 piece apple cored - seeds removed
  • 1 max line filtered water don't exceed max line

Instructions

  1. Wash spinach and add all ingredients in your blender or cups. Add light items like spinach first, then put the heavy fruits last. Add water to the max line. Blend, serve and Enjoy!
