This drink contains celery rib, pineapple, cucumber, parsley, ginger, lemon peel, and water. It is a healthy detox drink that supports your liver and kidneys.

Spinach Snatched My Heart

I first heard about spinach while watching Popeye the sailor man cartoon as a kid.

Spinach contains vast list of vitamins, minerals and packed with antioxidant that helps prevent cancer and inflammation. Spinach is almost tasteless which makes it ideal for green shake beginners

Recipe: (wash and clean your produce thoroughly)

  • 1-2 handful of spinach
  • ½ – 1 whole apple
  • ½ – 1 banana
  • 1 pineapple spear (chopped into smaller chunks)
  • 1-2 tsp of flax seeds
  • 1 tsp of nuts (optional)
  • Choice of liquid (regular water, alkaline water, green tea, white tea) to the Max Line

According to some research, garlic is the number 1 anti cancer fighting vegetable. Garlic offers a lot of benefits like lower blood pressure, increase good cholesterol levels and aids to lose weight. Don’t like the taste of garlic in your drinks? Try zipping it with a straw, or try cooking your veggies with a lot garlic.

If you don’t like it raw you can also steam it on a low temperature to keep the vitamins and nutrients intact.

I love including Avocados with my green shake because of its health bearing characteristics. Well can you blame me?

Watermelon is my family’s all time favorite. It gives so much yum taste to my green concoctions. Aside from its yummy taste, Watermelon is also packed with healthy compounds including flavonoids, carotenoids, and triterpenoids. It is said to have an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant health benefits. Watermelon is a natural source of citrulline. If you are looking for a nice tasting addition to your green shake you can surely add this up.

I wanted to lose weight. But I also knew that it was hard and difficult.

I know, because I’ve spent many years on different diets, programs, gym memberships, etc. but I had no long-term results.

I would lose some weight, but after a while, I’d gain it all back and often it is with interest (I’ve gained more weight).

Here’s my simple answer:

The Nutribullet extractor machine made it very simple for me to PUT the healthiest and best foods in my body (fruits, veggies, superfoods and water).

  1. Ive been using nutribulet for about 4 months now and Ive lost nearly a stone an d half ! 5 inch off my waist( wow ) i do use weights
    3 times a week but only for 30 min each time ! the fat is melting away , i mix fruits and veg’s as many as possible , and nuts , anything that is ment to be good for you , im not bothered about how it tastes because its all good stuff , ive also cut out table sugar so that must of contributed to the loss as-well .

  3. Hi do u mean a cored apple or pear? N are u grinding flaxseeds down to prowder then putting them in, or do u chuck them in whole. I got brown flaxseeds will that work

      Apple or Pear would do. Cored means, the seeds are removed. I have brown flaxseeds as well and they taste and work great. No need to grind them because the Nutribullet (or any other high quality blender) will be able to do the job well.

  9. I love the nutribullet. For breakfast I blend, kale, banana, raw cashew, sunflower seeds, flaxseed, prunes, fresh ginger and cold water. Taste great, and the clean up is sooo easy and no where near the mess and waste of a juicing machine, not to mention smaller

  10. Hi Ryan, thanks so much for all the fantastic info! I have the regular Nutri Bullet and I LOVE it….but I had to order the Nutri Bullet RX (? darn infomercials?) I’m starting my diet Immediately after I get it. I have a really awesome juicer and did a 30 day juice cleanse earlier this year. After the withdrawals of all the years of toxins in my body, I felt so amazing….my energy was through roof! Sadly, no weight loss. I wanted to do a full 90 days but, it was really expensive, I spent almost $80 every 3-4 days because I had to constantly juice, so I decided to try the Nutri Bullet this time. I’m clinically obese, and just found out I have diabetes. Wasn’t a big shocker, it’s a given with my weight. I’ve been fighting thyroid cancer for six years and my endocrine system is shot.
