The Nutribullet extractor machine made it very simple for me to PUT the healthiest and best foods in my body (fruits, veggies, superfoods and water)
Personally, one of the biggest problems that I have when it comes to eating healthy is not having enough time to make healthy meals.
It’s always very convenient for me to go to a drive thru and grab my breakfast on the way to work. Of course, it’s not the healthiest breakfast.
But with the Nutribullet, I can simply grab my frozen fruits and fresh veggies, wash them and put them in my tall mug. I add water, some seeds, and voila it’s ready to be blended.
Once I’ve attached it to the power base, I’ll twist it and after a few seconds, I have a delicious green smoothie drink that’s now my breakfast for the day.
All done in less than 5 mins, 2:45 mins to be exact.
My 7-day weight loss plan with the Nutribullet
The Nutribullet manual recommends 50% fruits and 50% vegetables.
But for my weight loss strategy, I’ve used 70-80% veggies (dark, green leafy veggies like kale, spinach, brocolli, chards) and about 20-30% fruits.
I’m not using a lot of fruits in my drinks because they are still sugar(natural sugar) which can cause huge spikes of sugar rush in my body.
I swapped my entire breakfast meals with NutriBlasts. *If you don’t replace your meals (breakfast or lunch) with Nutriblasts, you’ll be adding more calories into your body, and that’s a big no.

My Nutriblast RECIPE in the morning
Every morning I drink water infused with lemon (Here’s the benefits of lemon water).
*After 3 days of doing this, I’ve already feel a lot lighter. I have more energy and I’ve definitely lost a few inches already.
On the first or second day of detoxing(drinking only fruits and veggies), I’ve notice that I had headaches, mood swings and cravings.

But when I woke up on the 3rd day, I’ve feel a lot better. I’ve continued doing this for the next 7 days…
A few things that I did during this period was to cut out a lot of processed foods.
- No Soda
- No Bacon
- No Processed Meat
- Cut down on Chicken, Beef, and Pork
- No ice-cream, cakes and any of the sweet stuff packed with calories
I’ve also steamed my food instead of cooking it on oil (deep frying).
I’ve given up coffee and refined sugar as well.
