[NEW] Nutribullet Recipes For Weight Loss That You’ll Love

I've been receiving emails and messages on different recipes for losing weight.

And if you have the Nutribullet, or a similar machine for creating "healthy smoothie drinks", you'll love this article... Keep on reading...

Before we go on with these delicious recipes, here are some important tips that I would like to share.

1. Drink your green smoothie in less than 15 mins. If you don’t drink it immediately, vegetable juice can quickly rot or it will also decrease its nutritional value and potency.

2. Make sure you are not allergic to any ingredients suggested on this book.

3. Buy produce good for 1 week. Have a grocery list to help you budget to avoid over stocking and food waste.

4. You can add nuts and seeds for extra nutritional boosts. Make sure that you are not allergic to them before adding them to your drinks.

5. If you would like to lose weight, avoid adding too much fruits (it’s still sugar and calories). Choose more veggies in your drinks (80% - 100% of your drink).

6. You can buy hard to find recipes online

7. Use straw when drinking. This will help you with the taste. Zip it fast. Yum!

Why Use a smoothie machine instead of a juicer?

It is easier for our bodies to absorb the nutrients from fruits and veggies in liquid form. Which is why I love using the Nutribullet Machine. You get 100% of the fiber when smoothing when compared to juicing.

Let’s start our green smoothie recipes…

* Instead of just using regular water, you can actually try other substitutes for more health benefits. I will refer to the following by using “Choice of Liquid” in the recipes.

1. Alkaline water - This interesting research shows that sodium bicarbonate water (alkaline) has some effect on cardiovascular health.

2. Green tea - research has shown that green tea have weight loss benefits.

3. White tea - I didn’t thought there was a white tea before, but white tea is the younger leaves of the tea plant. There was a study that showed white tea has more antioxidants than green tea if you combine it with lemon extract.

Date with Kale!

There's a lot of study and research about how Kale supports our overall health and cardio health. I love using Kale as a main ingredient to my green concoction because I was simply amazed with its great health benefits. So let’s Kale Up!

Recipe: (wash and clean your produce thoroughly)

  • 1-2 Handful of Kale
  • half serving of apple. Chopped. Remove seeds.
  • ½  banana
  • 1-2 tsp of flax seeds
  • Choice of liquid (regular water, alkaline water, green tea, white tea) up to Max Line


Can't Beet This!

Beets have been found to help improve athletic performance, while reducing the need for more oxygen. You can’t beet that!

Recipe: (wash and clean your produce thoroughly)

  • 1 beet
  • 1 handful of dark leafy vegetable (kale, collard, spinach)
  • 3-4 pieces of strawberries (1-2 if trying to lose weight)
  • half an apple (remove seeds)
  • Choice of liquid (regular water, alkaline water, green tea, white tea) up to Max Line

Spinach Snatched My Heart

I first heard about spinach while watching Popeye the sailor man cartoon as a kid.

Spinach contains vast list of vitamins, minerals and packed with antioxidant that helps prevent cancer and inflammation. Spinach is almost tasteless which makes it ideal for green shake beginners.


Recipe: (wash and clean your produce thoroughly)

  • 1-2 handful of spinach
  • ½ - 1 whole apple
  • ½ - 1 banana
  • 1 pineapple spear (chopped into smaller chunks)
  • 1-2 tsp of flax seeds
  • 1 tsp of nuts (optional)
  • Choice of liquid (regular water, alkaline water, green tea, white tea) to the Max Line

Garlic Has It

According to some research, garlic is the number 1 anti cancer fighting vegetable. Garlic offers a lot of benefits like lower blood pressure, increase good cholesterol levels and aids to lose weight. Don’t like the taste of garlic in your drinks? Try zipping it with a straw, or try cooking your veggies with a lot garlic.


Recipe: (wash and clean your produce thoroughly)

  • 1-2 cloves of garlic (you can add more if you like)
  • 1/2 apple (remove seeds)
  • 1/2 banana
  • A Handful of spinach
  • Choice of liquid (regular water, alkaline water, green tea, white tea) up to Max Line.


Broccoli Lovers Delight

In one research it was found that broccoli can help the liver function better. Broccoli also contains a lot of vitamins like A, vitamin C, folic acid, fiber and calcium. It can help you prevent or reduce the risk of cancer. Broccoli is best to consume raw, it is a subtle tasting veggie so you can also add this up in your green concoction. If you don’t like it raw you can also steam it on a low temperature to keep the vitamins and nutrients intact.

  • 3-4 broccoli florets or 1 cup of broccoli sprouts
  • 1 pineapple spear (chopped into smaller chunks)
  • ½ banana
  • ½- 1 cored apple
  • 1-2 tsp of flax seeds
  • Choice of liquid (regular water, alkaline water, green tea, white tea) up to Max Line.

Cacao Nibs Smoothie

Cocoa (with saturated fat and sugar) is bad, but cocoa in its natural form is good for your health according to several medical researches. No wonder the Incas considered this food sacred. They called this concoction the “divine drink” for it gives you much energy. It contains Antioxidant Flavonoids which helps improve your Cardiovascular system.

  • 1 tbsp of organic cacao nibs or cocoa powder
  • 1-2 handfuls of spinach
  • ½ - 1 banana
  • 1-2 tsp flax seeds
  • ½ - 1 handful of berries (any)
  • Choice of liquid (regular water, alkaline water, green tea, white te a) up to Max Line

Avocado Halo Halo

Avocados are often known as one of the key ingredient in burritos. The thing is, Avocado has so much more to offer. Avocados are good sources of bito-sitosterol and persin and they are packed with vitamins and nutrients such as omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins A, C, D, E, K and the B vitamins: thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, biotin, vitamin B-6, vitamin B-12, folate and potassium. I love including Avocados with my green shake because of its health bearing characteristics. Well can you blame me?

  • half an avocado
  • half a banana
  • half an apple
  • 1-2 tsp of flax seeds
  • 1-2 handfuls of your choice of greens (spinach, kale, chard)

Watermelon Delight

Watermelon is my family’s all time favorite. It gives so much yum taste to my green concoctions. Aside from its yummy taste, Watermelon is also packed with healthy compounds including flavonoids, carotenoids, and triterpenoids. It is said to have an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant health benefits. Watermelon is a natural source of citrulline. If you are looking for a nice tasting addition to your green shake you can surely add this up.

  • 2-3 medium chunks of watermelon
  • 1-2 handfuls of your favorite greens
  • 1-2 tsp of flax seeds
