- 1 Apple (no seeds please, they release cyanide when seeds are “pulverized”
- a handful of kale. This is one of the superfoods that I “drink” a lot.
- Celery, Lemon or Other fruits to settle the taste.

- Red = Beets
- Orange = Carrots
