This drink comprises of Beets +Fruits +Kale. I just named it Christmas because there's green and red colors in this recipe. You can simply call it the Beet-Juice Recipe if you want.

  • 1 Beet (washed thoroughly, you can even brush it)
  • 1 Apple (no seeds please, they release cyanide when seeds are “pulverized”
  •  a handful of kale. This is one of the superfoods that I “drink” a lot.
  • Celery, Lemon or Other fruits to settle the taste.

  • Red = Beets
  • Orange = Carrots
  • It's a powerful drink that has tons of antioxidants, beta-carotene and other sources of nutrition.
