What's with the JUICING AND SMOOTHIE DIET?
In 2013, we've started this blog because we wanted to know more about drinking fruits and vegetables (green juice and green smoothies) after watching a documentary film of a person changing his life after consuming juiced "greens" (fruits and vegetables).

After watching that movie, I didn't realize that my life would forever be changed.
I embarked on a life-long journey with many ups and downs. With many instances that I'd like to give up on choosing healthier food choices.
As I started on that journey, I've realized that more and more people are interested in taking charge of their health. But with today's distractions and easy access to "junk foods" the fight for our health seems to be getting harder and tougher every single day.
In the United States of America alone, more than 50 million people go on a diet each year, but only roughly 5 percent of those managed to keep the weight off.
Yet, there is hope. As more and more people are becoming aware of plant-based diets, there will be more scientific studies dedicated to this types of diets and I'd like to share them with you.
