It’s not quite often that you’ll find a smoothie book that’s full of high quality content. The recipes in this book don’t require ‘exotic’ and ‘hard to find’ ingredients. They are easy to make and is perfect for busy people.
When you’re reading this book, you’ll think that the author has been reading your head, because the questions you’ve probably been asking are being answered as you start reading this book.
What’s also interesting in this book, is that it’s not only a “smoothie recipe bible” but in fact a guide to understanding and loving “green smoothies”. She has broken some recipes into a simple ingredient formula like having 2 different sets of fruits then 1 green. That’s it.
