When Shark Ninja, the manufacturers of the Ninja Blender brand of appliances that took the world by storm, a lot of people became loyal customers of this brand.
With over millions of products sold, the “Ninja Blender” brand has become a household name within the span of a few years…
But with so many different models and variations to choose from, it's usually very difficult to pick the model that fits your needs and requirements.
But not anymore…
This article will showcase the 5 best ninja blenders in the market today based on how they are currently selling on Amazon.com.
Here's Why We Measured the Best Ninja Blenders Based on Amazon's Bestseller Ranking…
BSR or also known as bestseller ranking is Amazon's internal way of measuring which products and items are selling well on the Amazon marketplace.
It is a quick and indicative measure of what products people are buying at that very moment.
BSR rankings are measured differently because the lower the number the more popular or bestseller that product is. According to some, a product with a BSR of less than 100 is selling a few hundreds to a few thousands of units per day.
And when I've used BSR to find out the 5 bestselling Ninja Blenders here's what I got. Here's a quick summary table of the top ninja blenders for 2017.

Ninja Professional Blender (BL660) – Amazon BSR #68
What people liked about The BL660
What people liked about it: Why something that costs $400 for a high-end professional blender when the Ninja Professional Blender (BL660) can do the job for way a lot cheaper. A lot of people have been using this blender daily without any problems.
The buttons for the BL660 is pretty straightforward to use. It has a single serve setting, a pulse, watt setting and 3 preset buttons.
The lid has a spout and a safety lid that will prevent the blender to turn on if it's not fitted properly.
What people didn't liked about The BL610
Some people who purchased the Ninja Professional Blender BL660 got different experience with the product.
Some had the occasional parts missing (btw if you've ordered on Amazon, just contact customer support and they'll assist you right away), and some people have experienced that the product broke down after several months and use.
It's hard to say whether it's a product failure or use of product would be the cause of it's breakdown, but my answer to that is ALWAYS get an extended warranty for your appliance. Since they contain mechanical and electrical components, these things can always happen.
But if you have an extended warranty, you'll get more than 1 year of warranty for the use of your product.
Of course, if you have the budget to spend $400+ on a professional blender, then you should consider a Vitamix or a Blendtec because they have at least a 7 year warranty on their products.
Our conclusion on the Ninja Professional Blender BL660
This is currently the #1 bestselling product in the Countertop Blenders category of Amazon and it's also the bestselling Ninja product on Amazon.
And there's a big reason why, it's powerful at 1,100 watts, can crush ice, blend great smoothies without the hefty price tag. Just don't forget to grab an extended warranty just in case this product dies down (which can happen to any appliance, blender, juicer).
Ninja Professional Blender (BL610) – Amazon BSR #72
4.5 out of 5 stars
– 1,272 customer reviews on Amazon
– Power: 1,000 watts
– Includes 72 oz Pitcher
– Total Crushing Technology for Ice
– Delicious Ninja recipes included
What people liked about The BL610
People do love creating their drinks and smoothies with this blender. It might be mostly made with plastic but it certainly doesn't feel cheap. It has a easy to use spout with a lid that you can lock or open to pour your drink.
The blades comes off easily for cleaning. Be careful though because the blades are really sharp. It is
very powerful at 1,000 watts and is very much comparable with the power of a Vitamix 5200 which costs 5x more.
It's not only a blender, with it's pulsing setting, you can use it for chopping onions and you'll be amazed at the results. I bet that your Vitamix nor Blendtec can't do that.
How about snow cones? Yes, it crushes ice too and does the job well. Something that the Nutribullet (a competitor product in the same price range can't do).
Did you ever had a difficult time cleaning your Vitamix because the blades are stuck in the blender? That won't happen with the Ninja Professional Blender (BL610) because the blades can be entirely removed making it super easy to rinse and clean.
What people didn't like about it
There are numerous reviews about this blender on what they didn't like. And one thing that struck me the most is that the blender itself is not made of glass but is made of plastic. And plastic can break quickly if not handled properly.
There have also been some instances where the smoothies made resulted in chunky smoothies because the blades were not blending it properly. Occassional stirring can help solve this issue
Our conclusion on the Ninja Professional Blender BL610
For an entry level blender that can chop ice, blend in high speed, and costs under $100, the Ninja Professional Blender (BL610) fits the description. If you don't mind the plastic carafe and the ‘occasional' stirring of ingredients then grab the #1 best selling ninja blender on Amazon today.
Nutri Ninja PRO BL450 series – Amazon BSR #209
4.4 out of 5 stars
– 685 customer reviews on Amazon- Pulverizes and create delicious smoothies easily with it's powerful 900 watts motor- Don't overfill to prevent spillage and leaks
What people loved about the Nutri Ninja BL450/456 series?
It's a powerful blender. That's what most people say and loved about this machine. It can pulverize ice easily and without any problems. When used in fruits and vegetables it does a really good job.
Most people also loved the price point of these blenders as usually they are within $55-$80 depending on how many accessories you buy. That fits in most of our household budgets.
Another reason people liked this blender is that it's compact, portable and personal. You can bring it to the gym, the office, when they travel.
What people didn't love about it
While the Nutri Ninja seems to be a big contender to the Nutribullet PRO 900 models, some people didn't like the plastic finish of this blender. It feels cheap and that can be bothersome for some people.
Another issue that some people encountered when using the Nutri Ninja is that when they made their drinks, it spilled. I've been using my Nutri Ninja almost on a daily basis and it never happened to me. Upon reading most of the reviews at Amazon, I've found out that most people have filled their ingredients above the Max Line. So as a friendly reminder, don't overfill and you won't experience these leaks.
Our conclusion of the Nutri Ninja PRO BL450/456
For less than $70-80 dollars, you can have a powerful 900 watts blender that can pulverize ice, blend smoothies, blend fruits, nuts, seeds and vegetables. If you don't mind it's plastic base (almost all personal countertop blenders are made this way) and you don't overfill the cups with ingredients, you'll be enjoying these blenders and hopefully use them on a daily basis.
Ninja Master Prep (QB900B) – Amazon BSR #516
4.5 out of 5 stars
– 8,921 customer reviews on Amazon
– Power: 400 watts
– Includes 2 jars, 2 cup processor, pitcher
– No slippage base, easy to use spout
– For blending, mincing and chopping
What people liked about The Ninja QB900B
After using this blender for a few more times, people have mostly found out that it's very easy to use.
People have expressed concerns that you can cut yourself with the blades, and it's because it's sharp (which is needed to blend fruits and veggies well), so you have to be careful when using this.
I've used it to create thick, smooth and delicious milkshakes and it can consistently pulverize and crush iced drinks too.
If you hate chopping and mincing ingredients especially when you're cooking, you'll love the chopping apparatus that comes with it.
And it's friendly on your budget too. Just check out these prices on Amazon.
What people didn't like about it
Numerous people have immediately noticed the plastic body of the Ninja Master Prep, but I think that's expected since it's a low-cost item.
You also have to be careful with handling the blades (and any other blender blade) because it can definitely cut you out.
Because it only has 400 watts of power, you can't expect it to match the power of a Nutribullet which has 600 watts and the Nutribullet PRO at 900 watts.
If you want more power to create smoother drinks, go with at least the Nutri Ninja PRO.
Our conclusion on the Ninja Master Prep QB900B
If you're looking for something cheap, chops, minces, and blends (with a few chunks occassionally) then the Ninja Master Prep is a go. But if you need more power, go with at least the Nutri Ninja PRO which has 900 watts of power for a few dollars more.
Ninja Mega Kitchen System (BL770) – Amazon BSR #1,024
4.5 out of 5 stars
– 970 customer reviews on Amazon- 1,500 watts motors- 72 ounches pitcher- 8-cup Food processing bowl- Two pcs of 16 oz Nutri Ninja cups
What people liked about The BL770
Ice cream and bread anyone? Yes, you can create them using the Ninja Mega Kitchen System. It's a complete set of kitchen appliance that allows you to create ice cream, chopped salad, dressing, bread, smoothies, and more with it's blender and accessories.
A lot of people love this machine because it can do a lot of things. It's also very easy to use and clean when compared to the high-end professional blenders like the Vitamix or Blendtec machines.
What's also interesting about this kitchen appliance is that it uses Ninja's patented Auto IQ technology. It's a fancy term for the technology that allows you to automate the blending cycles. Basically, what the Auto-IQ does is that it can start a full cycle with just a press of a button. This way, you can leave it while it's blending allowing you to do other things in the kitchen. For me, this is perfect because I'm always on the go.
I just put all the ingredients that I need in the pitcher, press the Auto-IQ button, leave it while I prepare for other stuff, then come back to it and it's done!
The blades of the large pitcher run through the whole center of the pitcher. This allows an even mix and blend of all your ingredients. Most blenders only have it's blades at the bottom.
And lastly, it's a conversation starter. When your neighbors and friends see this machine in your kitchen counter top, I'm pretty sure they'll be excited to hear more about it because it's gorgeous for your kitchen.
What people didn't like about it
But not all people agree with the points I've mentioned above. The biggest frustration people had with this machine is that it broke after a few uses.
And mechanical failures for any kitchen appliance will never be prevented. The solution for that is to make sure that you get an extended warranty for your appliances especially that this blender costs around $150+. That's a huge investment for any family on a budget.
Some people have also mentioned that they've experienced smelling “burned plastic” when using it. While it might happen during the first few uses, it should be gone after using it for a while.
Finally, some people didn't like how noisy it would be. But at 1,500 watts it's kinda expected. I've never heard of a blender that's really quiet and that can also blend at 1,500 watts. More power equals more noise unfortunately. My suggestion is that you don't use this blender (or any powerful blender) when someone is sleeping.
Our conclusion on the Ninja Professional Blender BL770
The Ninja Mega Kitchen System tries to solve the problem of having an all-in-one kitchen appliance that can blend, chop, mix, grind, process and more. I'd say it did achieve that goal. And with the Auto-IQ technology, it made it even easier for you to use it. Just press a button, leave it and come back to it within a few minutes and it's done. But just like any appliance, it's possible that it could break, which is why I would recommend getting an extended warranty with your purchase. Amazon has an extended warranty plans for kitchen appliances so that you'll have your peace of mind when you invest in these machines.
